Founder & CEO - Swapna Patel
Swapna is a Sales & Business Development Executive, Fractional Sales Leader and Sales Advisor with over 20 years of experience. She has generated millions in revenue through sales deals and business strategy in her career. Her industry experience includes Medical Device, Telemedicine, Health Insurance, Home Health, Billing & Coding, Pharma & Biotech SaaS and AI-based SaaS. Working with small startups to global companies, Swapna knows how to effectively identify, navigate and negotiate through the complexity of client needs and company revenue goals.
Swapna's inspiration is her artistic doctor mom. Swapna saw her mom effectively manage several chronic and autoimmune illnesses (thanks to her specialty in Internal Medicine) and extend her own lifespan much longer than standard medical protocols determined. Swapna also saw many private practices struggle in her career - asking for help that would have a costly solution. Swapna is therefore passionate to combine her career experience with her mom's story to see independent practices and facilities thrive so they may continue to practice medicine creatively.
Swapna is a western classically trained violinist and violist - performing at private events, Asian Indian weddings, and social media in her spare time. She values quality time with her family and friends and budgets time for quarterly international travel.

Sneha Soni is a healthcare strategist with international experience spanning health policy, healthcare systems innovation, and digital health. She has worked in the British Healthcare System at renowned hospitals and physician clinics, gaining hands-on insight into diverse delivery models. In the United States, she has contributed to policy efforts to improve care delivery, authored global frameworks on patient engagement and health literacy, and published in leading medical journals. She has also collaborated on international partnerships to identify and share best practices across healthcare, bringing a breadth of expertise to mission-driven efforts.
Raised in the United Kingdom and Europe in a family of doctors, Sneha developed a deep appreciation for the art and complexity of medicine. Diagnosed with a serious medical condition in childhood, she spent many years navigating her illness before reaching remission. This
personal journey gave her a profound empathy for patients and a strong respect for the vital role of healthcare providers in delivering personalized care. Her healing experience continues to inspire her lifelong commitment to supporting providers and improving patient care.
A classically trained musician, Sneha plays the organ, piano, and percussion. She is also a global traveler and photographer who values time with her family and friends.
